Tia Blackburn, the bounty hunter, is again on the trail of woman on her list. When Tia follows her suspect into a restaurant, she finds herself in the grasp of the true killer from her past. Now with time coming to an end, and lives being lost, Tia has to find a way to bring the killer to the forefront and confront her own demons.
